The attention to detail is incredible, from the beautifully designed rooms with two balconies to the enchanting lighting that makes you feel like you're sleeping in an enchanted forest. The staff are friendly and the service is outstanding. Plus, the location in the neighborhood of Bormio offers easy access to various ski areas.
All aspects of this hotel were impeccable, leaving nothing to be desired.

Fantastic place to stay. This hotel opened not too long ago and they have put a lot of effort in the design / comfort. Great location, just 10 minutes away from Bormio, all sorts of hinking and biking possibilities in the area (do go up the Torri di Fraele!).
The only slight inconvenience, was that our room was above the kitchen and the ventilation system may be leaking (into the room - eventually, there would be a smell of 'used baking oil' in it). Not too much to spoil the otherwise great experience though!

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in, 0 to 10 gets a 12 easy. The decor is fantastic, they were able to mix rustic with contemporary with great finesse. Staff was friendly, prompt and accomodating to all our demands. THe breakfast with fresh squeezed OJ crowned the stay. I strongly advise you to stay here, either at the suite with the in-room bathtub is a great romantic touch. I stayed with my wife and kids, and their room was even better decorated and cozier. It is worth the price and the stay

Exceptional quality in all aspects. Friendly and professional staff. Delicious food and local produce. Pet-friendly with special accommodations. Clean, modern design and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food. Convenient location for skiing in Bormio and Livigno. Attentive and courteous staff.
Nothing, all was good.

Very nice new small hotel in the mountain village. A lot of detail in the wood that gives you a real sense of staying in the Alpine mountain hotel. Good room, nice small restaurant, polite staff. Very good value for a money. My recommendation!
Somehow hard to find, in very small side street. Still messy area around the hotel. But the hotel is quite new and this should not spoil the impression of the hotel.

Meals good to excellent. Hotel only opened five months before our stay so very clean and intriguingly decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not very close to nearest skilift but probably good for walks and possibly for langlauf skiing though we were too late in the year to see the tracks.

Hotel is in a beautiful area with great views and easy access to local attractions. Food was pretty good overall. Loved the complimentary Christmas cake. I also appreciated the in-room tea and coffee making facilities.
The hotel seemed understaffed with long wait times for food orders.

rooms and bathroom were very clean. modern alpine feel and with timber finishes. the breakfast and evening meal were good.
it would be a difficult place to stay without a car. it is about 5km from the spa's and from the Bormio ski lifts...i had a car so it was not a problem. i do not know what shuttle services they offer to and from the main sights.

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains from the two balconies in my room. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of local products to choose from.
Everything was perfect.
